Waiver Agreement

 Neuman’s Pressure Washing - Service Agreement & Liability Waiver Prepared by: Neuman’s Pressure Washing

 1. Legally Binding Agreement By signing this document or scheduling service, you agree to a legally binding contract for work to be completed at the agreed-upon price. If the agreement is canceled by the customer without just cause, any deposits made will be retained as liquidated damages. In cases of non-payment, Neuman’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to file a lien on the property, which will be removed only upon full payment. 

2. Product Warranties Neuman’s Pressure Washing does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the product manufacturers. Customers must report any concerns or issues with our services within 24 hours of project completion. After this period, all work is deemed accepted and complete, and no claims for damage will be honored.

3. Water Usage The customer agrees to allow Neuman’s Pressure Washing access to an on-site water supply at no additional cost. If an exterior water source must be provided by us, an additional fee will apply. 

4. Safety and Courtesy Customers are responsible for keeping all children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area at all times. Please remove or cover any pet water bowls after service to prevent chemical exposure. Neuman’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for injury, illness, or death resulting from unauthorized entry into the work area. 

5. Payment Terms All payments are due as specified in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full balance is due upon completion of work. Acceptable payment methods include check, credit card, or cash. Late payments will incur additional charges. Neuman’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to file a lien for unpaid or partially paid work.

 6. Vehicle Liability Neuman’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for any damage to vehicles (including cars, RVs, motorcycles, boats, etc.) in or near the work area. Please remove all vehicles from driveways and nearby parking spots prior to service. 

7. Deck & Patio Items Homeowners are responsible for removing grills, furniture, planters, and other personal items from decks and patios. If removal is required by our team, we are not liable for any damage or loss and may assess an additional charge for labor. 

8. Property Conditions and Damage We are not responsible for damage caused by: - Improperly installed siding, shingles, windows, or doors - Wood rot or defective construction - Loose gutters, caulking, wiring, or hardware - Existing leaks or water infiltration due to faulty seals - Fading or chalking of aluminum or vinyl siding during washing These conditions are common and should be disclosed to us before work begins. 

 9. Stain Removal Limitations Some stains (e.g., rust, artillery fungus, paint splatters) cannot be removed by pressure washing. We will attempt to identify these stains prior to service, but full removal is not guaranteed.

 10. Condition of Property The customer affirms that the property is in good repair and weather-tight, including all exterior electrical systems, receptacles, light fixtures, windows, and doors. We are not responsible for damage resulting from water infiltration due to pre-existing conditions. 

11. Media Release Customer grants Neuman’s Pressure Washing the right to take and use photographs and/or video of the work performed for promotional use on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others. No addresses or identifying information will be shown. 

12. Acknowledgment By accepting this agreement (via signature, email, or verbal consent), you affirm that you understand and accept all terms and conditions listed above.
