Waiver Agreement

This is a quotation on the named services, subject to the conditions noted below: By accepting this agreement I fully understand what has been reviewed for me and expectations set along with all other documentation that has been forwarded to me.  Neuman’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for any leaks due to faulty seals on doors or windows nor any pre-existing damages.
Please disclose these areas prior to the commencement of work. We assume no liability for these conditions.    
1) Legally Binding Agreement: By signing a contract with NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing, you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages. No payment will result in a Lein on property and removed only in the event of full payment.
2) Product Warranties: All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used.  NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing offers no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing should be notified immediately. The customer has a 1-day period to advise NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing of any concerns of damage not covered in this legal agreement, after this period the customer accepts the work as complete and cannot claim any damages.  
3) Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing. the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge.
4) Courtesy: While NEUMAN’S ‘s Pressure Washing is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Please empty all animal water bowls after work is complete to avoid chemical ingestion of pets or animals.  NEUMAN’S pressure washing is not liable for any accidental animal, child deaths or illness  
5) Payments: Payments to NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, Credit Card or cash. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon in writing in our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms.  NEUMAN’S pressure washing has the right to file a lean against your property for partial or non-payment.
6) Vehicles:  NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to any Cars, Rv’s , Motorcycles, Boats, or any other Vehicles inside of our work zone. Please have all vehicles out of Driveway or parking spot directly in the working area.   
7) Removal & Replacement of Deck & Patio Contents: Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.
8) Damages:  NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, lose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Pressure washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out.  NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing will not be responsible for such conditions.
9) Stains: Some stains CANNOT be removed by pressure washing. Rust, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.
10) NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight.  NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage due to water infiltration.  

11) Customer allows NEUMAN’S Pressure Washing to use pictures and video of your property for promotions on Website, Facebook, X, Instagram, google and elsewhere. No address will be pictured.
