Before signing your estimate, review the work included, the price and your project terms. You agree to the terms when you sign the estimate. Contact us before signing if anything needs clarification.

Check that the quote includes the areas you want cleaned, and tell us about known surface damage or difficult access. Share any timing restrictions when you request service. Your approved project scope and the agreement provided by Neuman's describe the work and access details for your property.

For construction cleanup, mention unfinished exterior work, water availability and the planned handoff date. For gutter cleaning, include the number of stories and any known overflow, blockage or drainage issue.
